2. Say No to Skipping Meals: Skipping meals before a festive gathering is a common mistake that can lead to overeating and discomfort. Instead, opt for well-rounded meals and keep up with your regular exercise routine when you're planning to attend parties or dine out.
3. Choose Wisely When Dining Out: Be a bit picky when it comes to choosing what you eat at social gatherings. Focus on a few dishes from a single cuisine for your main meal, and when it comes to desserts, go for those homemade traditional sweets that are a highlight of the festive season. Always remember to keep portion sizes in check and savor your favorite treats in moderation.
